As a legal advocate, educator, and future public defender, I am passionate about increasing access to justice throughout Minnesota. Through my work with domestic abuse survivors, self-help legal clinics, and community outreach initiatives, I have seen firsthand the impact that accessible information can have on people's lives. My goal is simple: to ensure that no Minnesotan has to navigate the legal system alone.

My Mission

My mission is to increase access to justice through education, advocacy, and community engagement. Through The Legal Lighthouse, I work to empower Minnesotans with the knowledge, resources, and confidence needed to navigate everyday legal systems. I believe that no one should have to face life-changing legal challenges simply because they do not know where to begin.

My passion

My passion for legal literacy stems from witnessing how overwhelming and inaccessible legal systems can be for everyday people. Through my work with domestic abuse survivors, self-help legal clinics, and community outreach initiatives, I have seen firsthand the difference that information and support can make. Helping people better understand their rights and connect with resources allows them to regain confidence, dignity, and a sense of control during difficult moments.

My Drive

What drives me is the belief that justice begins long before someone enters a courtroom. Every person deserves access to information, support, and opportunities regardless of their background or where they live. The Miss America Opportunity has given me a platform to amplify this work, expand my impact, and inspire others to use their voices in the service of their communities. I compete because I believe leadership is measured not by titles, but by the lives we touch and the change we create.
